2. Dispatch

Orders placed before 16 August 2026

Orders placed before 16 August 2026 will begin dispatching on or after 16 August 2026.

Orders placed before this date will not be dispatched earlier.

Regular orders

After dispatch operations have commenced, regular merchandise will ordinarily be dispatched within one working day of successful order placement.

“Working day” excludes Sundays and applicable public holidays.

3. Delivery

Following dispatch, delivery will ordinarily take:

● 3–5 working days for most serviceable locations
● 5–7 working days for certain PIN codes that require extended road delivery or have limited courier accessibility
